Water is everywhere, from huge oceans to invisible water molecules making up water vapor in the air. Grade 2 Presidians explored various Properties of Water. Experimenting with water seemed very ordinary to them at first but its varied properties left them mesmerized in the end. They explored different properties of water like its ability to Mix and Don't mix things, then they explored the Taste and Smell of water by adding things like Bitter gourd juice, Glucon D, Lemon, etc in water. They performed simple experiments to explore the Shape and Sink/Float capability of water. Our students were completely engrossed while performing these experiments and recording their observations. They were delighted to see the results of their experiments and the poster made by them on the topic 'Save Water.'

Under the theme 'Plants,' an activity, 'Structure of a seed' was organized to understand the characteristics of seeds and plants. Students used kidney beans for the activity. They soaked the seed for a night and tied it in a cloth for 2-3 days. They observed, identified, and described the parts of a sprouting seed. They concluded the seed coat, embryo, and cotyledons as the three main parts of the seed. Students not only began to learn about the functions of different parts of a plant but also Identified characteristics that are the same or different across various seeds and plants.

Celebrated on July 28 each year, World Nature Conservation Day acknowledges that a healthy environment is a foundation for a stable and healthy society. To ensure the well-being of the present and future generations, little Presidians as responsible human beings participated in protecting and conserving nature. They found creative and interactive ways to celebrate the day which will make a huge difference in conserving the environment. They performed various activities like reusing jars and containers, making cloth bags or paper bags, replacing plastic bags, reusing paper and replacing the tissue paper with a hand towel, etc. They also pledged to plant a tree every month ensuring their friends and neighbors joined them for the same. The day not only sensitized the students towards nature but also encouraged them to save and protect Earth’s natural resources that are fast-depleting owing to over-exploitation and even misuse.

On the occasion of Bakrid, a special assembly was conducted by G-6 students virtually. Eid Al-Adha the “Festival Of The Sacrifice” was celebrated highlighting the significance of the celebration through a skit which was well presented by the students of the G-6. The sacrifice of the goat being symbolic of the sacrifice of the ones that are dearest to the self. The Dance that followed the skit highlighted their awareness of the relationship between man & god. This was further explained by a student through a small narrative at the end of the show – a great way to share our culture – through school assembly celebrations.

Nelson Mandela International Day is celebrated in many countries as a reminder of Nelson Mandela's achievements. In the honour of this day, a virtual assembly was conducted by Presidians of Grade-3 to know more about his life, achievements, and contributions to a better and peaceful world. They celebrated this day with great excitement. Students wrote famous quotes by Nelson Mandela in a creative way. They also tried to depict the work done by Nelson Mandela in the form of colorful posters. Students were highly mesmerized by knowing the heroic life of Nelson Mandela and learned how they can contribute to the world.

An activity was conducted for Grade-7 students under the chapter 'Fibre to Fabric' in science to identify various types of wool produced by different animals. They identified the difference between Fibre and fabric and recalled the names of some animals that give wool. They also built an understanding of the whole steps and process of obtaining wool from animal fiber and learned the meaning of shearing, scouring, sorting, burrs, and rolling in detail. This activity also reflected on the uses of animal fibers.
